MVR+FXGG Waste Water Treatment System

High Efficient Horizontal thin film evaporator system。

MVR+FXGG system is consisted of two units: MVR refer to recycling compression machine group of the secondary steam. Through recycling and utilization of the energy in the process, it almost will not use additional water vapor for heating, only able power energy is consumed (general 32degree/ton waste water),the energy consumption is very little.

F×GG refers to the high efficient continuous pipe rotating film evaporation system. Due to the principle of molecular short-range evaporation, it can get high evaporation efficiency and low energy consumption, no blocking pipe, self­ cleaning in running. It can evaporate and the waste water directly into solid and discharge it with concentration 90 ~99% under simple process. Compared with any of the waγs used in domestic at present. it reduces a lot of operations and procedures and get awaγ from the troubles (frequent blocked tube and a lot of time for cleaning ). because of the evaporation system adopts the principle of thin film evaporation. especial!γ, the evaporation efficiency will be improved obviously, this will greatly reduce the size of our equipment. Therefore, civil engineering investment. e.g. area coverage, operation management, man power and running costs will be greatly reduced.

Under the same working condition, the evaporation efficiency can be increased by several times than the traditional one.High efficient evaporator is heated  through inside of the tube and evaporate the waster water outside of the tube. the  heating  surface  has self-cleaning function, there is no jam. no blockage with automatic discharge function. therefore. this system can achieve real solid discharge with evaporated concentration.

The height of the equipment is reduced by 1/2. the total area of the plant is reduced by 40%. If apply the layout of vertical double floor,the coverage area will be even  more.The evaporation, concentration and drying of the waste water can be finished within one machine  with  simple  operation  and strong.control   which   is  able  to   achieve   the  entiresystem automatic control.Therefore, MVR+F×GG Waste Water Treatment System is the most advanced evaporation drying  system  and  energy recycling system.
